From public sources: business listings in map services and directories, pharmacy and chain websites. We update the data regularly from these sources: new pharmacies are added, and pharmacies the source lists as permanently closed are removed.
Name, chain, province, city, street address, coordinates, phone numbers, website, email and the date the pharmacy was first seen. One row per pharmacy, XLSX and CSV in UTF-8.
We update the data regularly from public sources. Your file contains the pharmacies listed as open in the source at the time of export.
13,948 open pharmacies in 1,616 cities across 10 provinces and 2 territories. 8,575 of them belong to 282 pharmacy chains, the rest are independent pharmacies.
Phone numbers are available for 96% of pharmacies, websites for 84%, emails for 16%. Coverage for each province is shown on its page.
A chain often lists the same email or phone number for many of its pharmacies. The buy panel, the cart and your order show how many different emails and phone numbers your file contains — counted exactly for your selection (provinces, cities, chain or independent pharmacies), in international format, with duplicates and invalid numbers removed. The file contains exactly these contacts.
Every pharmacy that belongs to a chain is labeled with it. Listings of one brand under different names are merged. In the ranking, a chain has at least two open pharmacies.
Pharmacies that the source lists as permanently closed are removed when we update the data. The data comes from public sources, so a pharmacy that has closed may stay in the file until the source reflects it.

All of Canada costs $320 USD (13,948 pharmacies). A single province costs $40–$140 USD depending on the number of pharmacies in it; a city with its own page — a share of its province price, from $15 USD. All locations of one pharmacy chain start at $40 USD.
Yes. The buy panel has an "All / Chain only / Independent only" switch — it works for the whole country, selected provinces and cities. The price is based on the number of pharmacies in your file: all chain pharmacies cost $200 USD, all independent ones — $125 USD.
The price of a province depends on its number of pharmacies, while the whole database comes with a big discount: a handful of large provinces already costs more. If the provinces you selected cost as much as $320 USD or more, your order automatically switches to the whole country at its price.
Yes. Any city with its own page can be bought separately: open the province in the buy panel and narrow it down to one or more of its cities. A city costs a share of its province price by number of pharmacies, but no less than $15 USD; if the selected cities together cost as much as the whole province, you get the whole province at its price.
Yes, a free 20-row CSV sample with all columns is available on every page: the whole country, a province, a city and a chain. Contact details in the sample are partially masked.
